Q: What is the minimum order?
A: Since all our products are custom made and wholesale priced , we do not have a minimum order.
Q.what are the terms for payment?
A: For orders up to $ 1,000.00, terms are Payment in Full prior to fabrication. For orders over $ 1,000.00, a 50% deposit is required and the balance paid when the item is completed and and ready for shipment.
Q: What type of method of payment do you accept?
A: We accept the following methods of payments, American Express, Visa, Master Card and Checks.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Our lead time is between 4 to 6 weeks.
Q: What is the Return Policy?
A: Since every chandelier is made to order, we cannot accept returns. Unless it is exchanged for a similar type we may consider to be of par value, or if it is upgraded to a higher category in the pricing index.
Q:What is the price for a custom chandelier?
A: The price for a custom chandelier is based on the size requested and also on any other than usual requirements
Q: Do you work with designers ?
A: Since we custom make our chandelier we do not have any problems with working with designers.
Q: What is the Shipping policy ?
A: All of our items are professionally and carefully wrapped and packed to insure for a safe and secure delivery. The packages are fully insured by the shipping carriers.
